Brosterman regularly appears on behalf of clients before the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and the various exchanges and other self-regulatory organizations. Brosterman has an active trial practice and has tried dozens of jury and non-jury cases in state and federal courts throughout the United States. He has represented clients in appeals before several of the United States Courts of Appeals and in the New York State appellate courts, and in arbitrations before domestic and international tribunals.

His Rain works continued to be present throughout his entire oeuvre. The exhibition at the acb Attachment showcases a selection of his early pieces, created primarily in Hungary during the 1970s. It was during this time that his ideas of Rain, Gladness and Zero, which defined his conceptual art, emerged.
